  • By uploading a design to the C2D platform, the designer guarantees they have the full legal right to sell and transfer the rights associated with that design.

  • Designers are solely responsible for resolving any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from the sale or use of their designs.

 

4. Indemnity Clause

 

Designers agree to indemnify and hold harmless C2D, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Claims of copyright infringement or intellectual property disputes related to their designs.

  • Misrepresentation or unauthorized sale of designs.

 

5. C2D's Limited Liability

  • C2D acts solely as an intermediary platform and does not assume responsibility for the quality, originality, legality, or ownership of designs sold on the website.

  • In case of any legal disputes related to a design, C2D will cooperate with authorities but will not be held responsible for any damages or liabilities.

 

6. Buyer Acknowledgment

  • Buyers acknowledge that the designs purchased on the C2D platform are provided "as-is" and without warranties of any kind.

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to perform due diligence and verify the legal clearance of a design before use.

 

7. Conflict Resolution

 

In the event of a dispute between a designer and a buyer, C2D will provide communication logs and transaction records to facilitate resolution but will not mediate or assume liability for the dispute's outcome.

 

8. Prohibited Activities

 

Designers and buyers agree not to:

  • Upload or sell designs that infringe on intellectual property rights or contain offensive, illegal, or harmful content.

  • Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentations on the platform.

 

9. Termination of Services

 

C2D reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user found violating these Terms and Conditions, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

 

10. Modification of Terms

 

C2D reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
